Executive Team

The Extended Life Home Care Ltd. staff is well educated and experienced in providing home health services.  All professional staff members are required to pass a rigorous background check before providing services for the agency.  Additionally, the staff is required to complete a competency evaluation, exam, and continuing education assignments throughout their stint of employment.  We believe that education and experience is a recipe for success and each individual is held accountable to meet those standards.  We recruit individuals that have a vested interest in improving the quality of health for people. 




Jannon Lampley M.B.A., Administrator

Jannon earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Purdue University in Organizational Leadership and Supervision (OLS).  Additionally, she earned a M.B.A. with a concentration in human resources from Everest University.  Jannon has over seven years experience working in the home health field. She is extremely passionate and motivated to help others.  Jannon exhibits a solid commitment to care for others.  For many years, Jannon has coached and trained several individuals.     


Jannon co-founded Extended Life Home Care.  She had a vision to create an agency that provided compassion, respect, and superior services for each consumer.  Assisting others in reaching optimal levels has always been a part of Jannon’s life.  Jannon began specializing in home health care in 2006 and has been very passionate about providing excellent care ever since. To continue her educational aptitude Jannon is pursuing her Registered Nurse License.  Additionally, she is active in the community and participates in several business and health related engagements.     



Kenneth Lampley B.A., General Manager

Kenneth earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Purdue University in the department of Health and Kinesiology.  Kenneth has been studying health, fitness, and nutrition for over 10 years. He loves to share his knowledge with those that desire to live healthy lives.   He has been instrumentally involved in changing several individuals’ health status by educating them on how to improve their lifestyles through exercise and nutrition.


In 2005, Kenneth founded Lamp’s Training Camp a personal training organization that specialized in cardio, resistance, nutrition, and sports training.  In 2006, Kenneth co-founded and assisted Jannon in laying the foundation and processes for Extended Life Home Care.  Kenneth has held several certifications from highly reputable organizations in the health and fitness industry.  Certifications held include certified personal trainer and strength and conditioning coach via the National Strength and Conditioning Association, USAW – United States of America Weightlifting, and SN-Sports Nutritionist. Additionally, Kenneth enjoys helping others reach full independence of their lives via improved health.
